By visiting our store, placing an order, purchasing a product, participating in a Hansuli scheme, or using our website/social media ordering channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Certain designs may be handcrafted and therefore may contain minor variations in shape, texture, finish, engraving, weight, or appearance. Such variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted jewellery and shall not automatically be considered manufacturing defects.
Acceptance Of Terms
By using our website, purchasing our products, contacting us through social media, placing an order through WhatsApp/Instagram, visiting our physical store, or participating in any Hansuli scheme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with the purchase or use of the relevant service.
Hansuli reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version published on our official website shall apply to future transactions.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, weights, prices, and other information are accurate.

1. Jewellery photographs may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography equipment, screen settings, and display resolution. 2. Handcrafted jewellery may have minor variations from the photographs. 3. Actual colour, texture, polish, or finish may vary slightly. 4. Product dimensions mentioned are approximate unless specifically stated otherwise. 5. Product weight may vary slightly due to manufacturing and finishing processes. 6. Silver jewellery may naturally develop a patina or tarnish over time. 7. Product availability may change without prior notice.
Such natural variations shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or replacement unless the product is materially different from the product ordered or has a verified manufacturing defect.
Silver Jewellery
Hansuli offers jewellery made from silver and other materials as specifically mentioned in the product description.
Where a product is represented as 925 Sterling Silver, it means the jewellery is made from silver of 92.5% purity, subject to applicable product specifications and testing/marking requirements.
Customers are advised to carefully read the product description before purchase.
Some products may contain:
- Gold plating
- Silver plating
- Oxidised finishing
- Other metals or components
- Stones
- Pearls
- Beads
- Enamel
- Other decorative materials
The exact material composition shall be determined by the product description or invoice.
Natural Tarnishing Of Silver
Silver is a natural metal and may darken, oxidise, or develop a patina over time.
This can happen due to exposure to:
- Air
- Moisture
- Sweat
- Perfume
- Cosmetics
- Chemicals
- Soap
- Chlorine
- Pollution
- Humidity
- Certain skin chemistry
Tarnishing is a natural characteristic of silver and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Customers should follow Hansuli’s jewellery-care instructions to maintain the appearance of their jewellery.
Product Prices
All prices displayed by Hansuli are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices may change due to:
- Changes in silver prices
- Changes in gemstone prices
- Manufacturing costs
- Labour costs
- Taxes
- Packaging costs
- Market conditions
- Other operational factors
The applicable price shall be the price confirmed at the time the order is accepted.
Any price displayed incorrectly due to a technical or human error may be corrected by Hansuli.
If an order has been placed at an incorrectly displayed price, Hansuli reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Gst And Taxes
Applicable taxes, including GST, shall be charged in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
The tax amount, wherever applicable, shall be reflected on the invoice.
Customers are responsible for providing correct billing information, including GST details where applicable.
If incorrect GST or billing information is provided by the customer, Hansuli may not be responsible for subsequent correction costs or tax implications.
Order Placement
Orders may be placed through:

- Official Instagram account
- Phone
- Physical Hansuli store
- Other officially authorised sales channels
An order shall be considered confirmed only after Hansuli has acknowledged and accepted the order and, where applicable, received the required payment.
An automated message, payment receipt, enquiry acknowledgement, or order request does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.
Order Confirmation
Once an order is received, Hansuli may verify:
- Product availability
- Price
- Product specifications
- Customer details
- Delivery address
- Payment information
- Customisation requirements
Hansuli reserves the right to cancel or decline an order where:
- The product is unavailable
- There is a pricing error
- The product has been discontinued
- The order information is incomplete or incorrect
- Payment cannot be verified
- The order appears fraudulent or suspicious
- Delivery to the specified location is not possible
- Any other legitimate operational reason exists
Where payment has already been received for an order cancelled by Hansuli, the eligible amount shall be refunded through the applicable payment method.
Payment
Hansuli may accept payments through available payment methods such as:
- UPI
- Bank transfer
- Debit/Credit cards
- Payment gateways
- Cash at authorised physical stores
- Other officially supported payment methods
An order may not be processed until the required payment has been successfully received and verified.
Customers should retain payment confirmation until the order has been delivered.
Cash Payment
For cash transactions, customers must obtain a valid Hansuli invoice or receipt.
Customers are advised not to make payments to personal accounts, unauthorised representatives, or unofficial payment links.
Hansuli shall not be responsible for payments made through unauthorised channels.
Shipping & Delivery
Hansuli shall make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the estimated processing period communicated to the customer.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- Product availability
- Customisation
- Order volume
- Destination
- Courier service
- Weather
- Government restrictions
- Festivals and holidays
- Force majeure events
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier/logistics provider, delays caused by the courier may be outside Hansuli’s direct control.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Name
- Mobile number
- House/building number
- Street/locality
- City
- State
- PIN code
Hansuli shall not be responsible for delivery failure resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch caused by an incorrect address or customer-related delivery failure.
Delivery Inspection
Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.
If the package appears:
- Opened
- Tampered with
- Damaged
- Torn
- Wet
- Improperly sealed
the customer should immediately document the condition of the package through photographs/video and notify Hansuli as soon as possible.
For valuable jewellery shipments, customers may be requested to provide an unboxing video for damage or shortage claims.
Damaged Or Incorrect Product
If a customer receives:
- A damaged product
- An incorrect product
- A missing item
- A product materially different from the order
the customer must notify Hansuli within the period specified in the applicable exchange/return policy.
The customer may be required to provide:
- Order number
- Invoice
- Photographs
- Unboxing video
- Photographs of packaging
- Description of the issue
Hansuli may inspect the product before approving an exchange, repair, replacement, or other remedy.
Exchange Policy
Unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular product, eligible Hansuli products may be exchanged subject to the applicable exchange policy.
For offline purchases, Hansuli’s applicable policy may provide exchange rather than return/refund.
Where an exchange window is specified, the product must be presented within that period.
The product must generally be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In original condition
- Accompanied by the original invoice
- Accompanied by original packaging, where applicable
Products showing signs of use, alteration, damage, polishing, resizing, engraving, or modification may not qualify for exchange.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products
Unless otherwise expressly approved by Hansuli, the following may be excluded from return or exchange:
- Custom-made jewellery
- Personalised jewellery
- Engraved jewellery
- Altered jewellery
- Resized jewellery
- Made-to-order products
- Products damaged by the customer
- Products showing signs of wear
- Products without a valid invoice
- Products purchased during specially identified clearance/final-sale promotions
- Certain hygiene-sensitive jewellery products
- Products specifically identified as non-returnable/non-exchangeable
The applicable product page, invoice, or purchase confirmation may contain additional restrictions.
Custom & Made-To-Order Jewellery
Custom jewellery is produced according to the customer’s requirements.
Before production, the customer may be required to confirm:
- Design
- Size
- Weight range
- Material
- Stone selection
- Engraving
- Finishing
- Other specifications
Once production has commenced, cancellation may not be permitted.
Customised products generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect or Hansuli agrees otherwise.
Jewellery Alteration & Resizing
Requests for resizing, alteration, repair, polishing, plating, or modification may be subject to additional charges.
Any alteration requested by the customer after purchase may affect eligibility for return or exchange.
Hansuli shall inform the customer of applicable charges wherever reasonably possible before carrying out the requested service.
Jewellery Care
Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of their jewellery.
We recommend:
- Keeping jewellery dry
- Removing jewellery before bathing or swimming
- Avoiding direct contact with perfume and cosmetics
- Avoiding household chemicals
- Storing jewellery separately
- Keeping silver jewellery in suitable airtight or anti-tarnish packaging
- Cleaning jewellery using appropriate methods
Damage caused by improper care, accidental impact, chemicals, water exposure, improper storage, or normal wear and tear shall generally not be treated as a manufacturing defect.
Warranty / Manufacturing Defects
Where Hansuli provides a warranty on a specific product, the warranty shall apply only according to the terms communicated for that product.
A manufacturing defect may include certain structural or production-related defects.
The following generally do not constitute manufacturing defects:
- Scratches
- Tarnishing
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor colour variation
- Damage caused by impact
- Broken chains due to pulling
- Damage caused by chemicals
- Damage caused by improper use
- Loss of stones due to accidental damage
- Plating wear
- Damage caused by unauthorised repair or alteration
Hansuli reserves the right to inspect a product before determining whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
Lost Or Damaged Jewellery
Hansuli shall not be responsible for jewellery lost or damaged after successful delivery to the customer.
Customers should take appropriate precautions when wearing valuable jewellery.
Product Weight
Jewellery weight may vary slightly from the weight displayed or initially estimated due to manufacturing and finishing processes.
For products priced according to actual weight, the final invoice may be based on the final measured weight.
Where applicable, the customer will be informed of significant variations before dispatch.
Gemstones & Natural Materials
Where jewellery contains natural gemstones, pearls, beads, or other naturally occurring materials, variations in:
- Colour
- Clarity
- Shape
- Size
- Inclusions
- Texture
may occur naturally.
Such characteristics do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Gemstone certification, where applicable, shall be provided only when specifically stated or purchased as part of the product/service.
Instagram & Social Media Orders
Hansuli may use Instagram and other social media platforms for product discovery, communication, and order enquiries.
Social media photographs are intended for product presentation and may not always represent exact colour, size, or scale.
Customers should confirm product specifications, price, material, and availability with Hansuli before making payment.
Hansuli is not responsible for orders or payments made through unofficial accounts impersonating Hansuli.
Customers should verify that they are communicating with Hansuli’s official account.
Website Content
Hansuli makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information on its website.
However, temporary errors may occur relating to:
- Product descriptions
- Prices
- Availability
- Images
- Technical specifications
- Inventory
- Promotions
Hansuli reserves the right to correct such errors.
Intellectual Property

The traditional name or cultural association of a jewellery design does not necessarily mean that Hansuli claims exclusive ownership over the underlying cultural heritage.
Customer Photographs & Testimonials
With appropriate customer consent, Hansuli may use customer photographs, reviews, testimonials, or user-generated content for marketing purposes.
Customers may contact Hansuli if they do not wish their content to be used for promotional purposes.
Hansuli shall make reasonable efforts to respect applicable privacy requirements.
Privacy
Customer information may be collected for purposes including:
- Processing orders
- Delivering products
- Generating invoices
- Providing customer support
- Managing exchanges
- Processing payments
- Sending order updates
- Managing memberships or schemes

Kitty / Savings Plan
Hansuli may offer a jewellery kitty/savings plan under which customers make monthly payments for a specified period.
For example, under a 12-month benefit structure, the customer may make payments for 11 months and Hansuli may contribute the value of the 12th instalment, subject to the specific scheme terms.

- Eligibility
- Maturity benefit
- Redemption conditions
- Product restrictions
- Cancellation rules
shall be specified in the individual kitty plan terms.
A kitty payment is not automatically equivalent to a cash deposit, bank deposit, investment product, or financial security.
Kitty benefits may be subject to timely payment of all required instalments and compliance with the applicable scheme rules.
Kitty Payment Default
If a customer fails to make instalments according to the agreed schedule, the benefits available under the kitty plan may be affected.
The consequences of delayed or missed instalments shall be governed by the specific kitty agreement.
Customers should carefully review the kitty terms before enrolling.
Refunds
Where a refund is legally or contractually applicable, the refund shall generally be processed through the original payment method or another approved method.
Refund processing time may depend on:
- Payment gateway
- Bank
- Card issuer
- Payment method
- Internal verification
Refunds may be subject to applicable deductions where permitted by law and the applicable policy.
No Cash Refund For Eligible Exchange Transactions
Where a transaction is expressly governed by an exchange-only policy, the customer shall not be entitled to a cash refund merely because they choose not to select another product.
The applicable exchange policy shall govern the transaction.
Force Majeure
Hansuli shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
